Bhopal gas tragedy: The terrible truth
Bhopal gas tragedy: The terrible truth
Recently there was an outburst in the Bhopal gas tragedy case when the Hon’ble Court gave a very nominal punishment to the accused of the tragedy.
This outburst made me think deep in to the matter and I realized that this fatal truth is been used by our politicians and activists for there personal use. The amount of compensation that the Dow chemicals gave was enough to set things right but the money was misused ‘corers’ of rupees were mismanaged in the interest of politicians and officials of government. Many Bhopal gas activists came up, I came to know that one of these activist is a IIT pass out and pretending to help and managed to develop property of corers in just the job of this activism!!! , Many who suffered eventually were not even helped a bit but who were not victimized gained and there greed now wants more!!!
Everybody knows that Endorsone even if brought in India cannot be penalized as according to present law, if we talk of responsibility only and only the district administration was responsible for the ‘calamity’ to happen and the safe passage of endersone was just the need of time as he had already given compensation…Then why are we misleaded by some greedy activists, the so called victims and the government,
I could clearly visualize that all media outbursts were SPONSORED by some politicians like Arjun Singh who’s political carrier was brought to a halt by not giving Lok sabha tickets to any of his family members, by the Indian National Congress, so to show how he can play with brain of general public and create a negative opinion against the congress party…This was done just to safe guard his own political carrier and here we idiots are fighting that who was responsible and who was not….
Its high time we self interpret things, its high time we use our own brain to understand the deepest truth, its high time we bring a change….
Plz lean to observe, analyze and react.{This is just a speculatory thought and contains just opinions and not claims, this thought is personal and do not contain any intention to defame anyone}

!!! Quota System of God !!!
!!! Quota System of God !!!
{Background} The Hindu Vedas are considered the holy books written by GOD himself to govern the society and the people.
The Hindu Vedas have divided human Life of 100 years into four parts of 25 yrs each
Þ Bhramcharya -- Life as a student, This part of life is just to gain knowledge and
Do nothing else
Þ Grahastha ashram—This is Time to work, earn, gain prestige and maintain a
Family {have wife and procure children}
Þ Vanprast &--- This is a part of life when humans have furnished all their
Responsibilities towards life and starts overcoming his
Materialistic wants
Þ Sanyas--- This is a time in life when all materialistic wants should get
Over an the human should spend time thinking of God and
Analyzing his life.
In my views today all these thoughts are looked down upon, but these Golden Rules somewhere or the other do play a vital role in governing our day to day life.
I think the quota system made by God for humans is to systematize his life,
“Every thing should be done at appropriate time” means God has said that one should study for first 25years of life and should not involve in any thing else but today’s youth is involved in all thoughs activities which a person should acquire in Grahasth Ashram, means while he/she should be studying he/she has a boy/girl friend and pretend same as a person should behave in grahasth ashram. When the child should go to school {gurukul} he helps his dad in business.
I think every person has do some activities to perform on scale of say 100, means if he has 100 pleasures allotted him to enjoy in life he would also have to face a proportionate amount on movements of struggle, now its upon you which u choose first if you enjoy all pleasures allotted to you at wrong time {means pleasure of Grahasth in Bhramcharya or say of sanyas in Vanprasth period} you would suffer when you actually need them. This is a simple mathematics of life its how ‘you’ go with it..
One of my Inspirational source once said “ life is divided in 25/75 ration you decide you want to enjoy first 25 years and suffer next 75 years ..or vica-versa.”
The Quota system of god is strict to make to enjoy life at right time…so my friends think upon it!!!!!!

civil Liability for Nuclear Damages bill
civil Liability for Nuclear Damages bill
The civil Liability for Nuclear Damages bill would shortly be introduced in the House of Commons in our country and is considered a damaging bill to the sovereignty of the country...
Some objectionable provisions of the bills sets, limited liability against the owner of the nuclear processing plant for any kind of nuclear accidents if happens in our country at these plants, these provisions allows any culprit person liable of INDUSTRIAL NEGLIGENCE and causing accidents to get away just by monetarily compensating and hiding behind the provisions of this bill. The bill says that if any kind of unfortunate nuclear accident occurs in any nuclear plant the, the company will have to pay 500 crores as compensation and rest would be barred by the Government of India {means the money given by us as tax would be used for somebody else’s mistake},the bill seems to be made, PARTICULARLY to oblige some foreign companies,
I do agree that the government must be doing it to attract foreign investors to set up costly nuclear plants in our country, but this bill will make them negligent as they would be concernedless regarding lives of people, and concertrate more on profit…
This bill in my view is unconstitutional and would infring the fundamental rights of the citizens of the country
I fear that if any Industrial Calamity takes place, this time, it would be more painful then the horrible night that Bhopal Faced in the ‘Bhopal Gas tragedy’ on 3rd December 1984 with which Bhopal is still fighting and the owner of the ‘union carbide’ fled away just by giving money and no criminal charges were put against him…
I am Afraid that this BILL if becomes an ACT would be hazardous both for public and economy of
Community policing
Community policing
Article 51 A of the Indian constitution was added in the constitution to allot some fundamental duties to the citizens of
These are very basic duties on the part of the citizen which they should perform in order to regulate the society, these duties include respecting the national Flag, the ideals and principles of the Indian constitution ,save environment, defend country from any aggression ,protect integrity of country, preserve heritage, and so on etc. .but there were no systematized system to implement these duties ,means no one can be forced by any law in
So the concept of community policing got its existence….this concept makes every person a police men towards the society, means that we should have a habit to stop doing people which is against there Fundamental duties towards the constitution..
For example: One day I saw a man picking up flowers from newly made road divider in my city, specially done for beautification and attracting tourist as the primary aim, and I shouted at him to not to do that, the person said sorry and promised to not do it again..
The fear of society is the biggest fear in one’s mind and this fear can be used by the intellects of the society to modify it….
Community policing should be done by every person of the society to make it a better place for living…..

Does The Member Of Parliament Really Represent ‘US’ ?
Does The Member Of Parliament Really Represent ‘US’ ?
This Year We saw arguments on lots of new legislations in our parliament; the passing of the ‘women reservation bill’ was the biggest achievement on the part of the government, the proposals to allow the foreign universities in the country and bill regarding the nuclear power purchase were some issues which gathered our attention and no dought media played a vital role to make us watch it.
but how many of us know that every year the government of India makes hundreds of laws which if not directly but indirectly affects us ,every year many amendments in various laws are made and all this happens when our MPs are fighting on useless and fabricated issues such as so called “Note For Vote” etc ,this is the time when the majority of our amendment proposals are brought in the house and passed and we eventually are unaware of the fact that what actually happened in the house… was there a argument on a shameless issue? or throwing of mics or was there a bill under a process of becoming an ‘act’, somewhere at the backdrops of the whole ill activities without any vital arguments ? we should keep ourselves aware that what is done for our so called ‘good’ is actually making us ‘feel good’ or not, its time that we use our own brains to decide wts right and wts wrong and not wait for some T.V newz Channel to channelize our thought in a particular direction.
we as a youth and citizen of
I think we should have a habit of questioning……….
