Does The Member Of Parliament Really Represent ‘US’ ?
This Year We saw arguments on lots of new legislations in our parliament; the passing of the ‘women reservation bill’ was the biggest achievement on the part of the government, the proposals to allow the foreign universities in the country and bill regarding the nuclear power purchase were some issues which gathered our attention and no dought media played a vital role to make us watch it.
but how many of us know that every year the government of India makes hundreds of laws which if not directly but indirectly affects us ,every year many amendments in various laws are made and all this happens when our MPs are fighting on useless and fabricated issues such as so called “Note For Vote” etc ,this is the time when the majority of our amendment proposals are brought in the house and passed and we eventually are unaware of the fact that what actually happened in the house… was there a argument on a shameless issue? or throwing of mics or was there a bill under a process of becoming an ‘act’, somewhere at the backdrops of the whole ill activities without any vital arguments ? we should keep ourselves aware that what is done for our so called ‘good’ is actually making us ‘feel good’ or not, its time that we use our own brains to decide wts right and wts wrong and not wait for some T.V newz Channel to channelize our thought in a particular direction.
we as a youth and citizen of
I think we should have a habit of questioning……….
